Введение. Решение проблемы обеспечения продовольственной безопасности требует учета разноплановых факторов, влияние которых повышает волатильность на рынках продуктов питания. Ключевые факторы различаются в зависимости от макроэкономических показателей страны, зависимости от импорта сельскохозяйственной продукции, климатических условий и логистических цепочек на рынках продовольствия. Методы. Методологическую основу данного исследования составили графоаналитический метод и регрессионный анализ. Это позволило построить модель изменения равновесной цены на рынках сельскохозяйственной продукции в результате воздействия негативных внешних шоков. Результаты. Результаты регрессионного анализа подтверждают, что продовольственную безопасность необходимо изучать с точки зрения анализа глобальных взаимосвязей, а также оценки рисков поставщиков продукции и стран-потребителей, которые сильно зависят от импорта продовольствия и находятся в группе особого риска в случае возникновения сбоев в поставках сельскохозяйственной продукции.

Introduction. Addressing food security requires consideration of a variety of factors whose influence increases volatility in food markets. The key factors vary according to a country’s macroeconomic performance, its dependence on agricultural imports, climatic conditions and supply chains in food markets. Methods. The graph-analytical method and regression analysis formed the methodological basis of this study. This allowed us to build a model of changes in the equilibrium price in the markets of agricultural products as a result of negative external shocks. Results. The results of the regression analysis confirm that food security needs to be studied in terms of analysing global interrelationships, as well as assessing the risks of product suppliers and consumer countries, which are highly dependent on food imports and are at particular risk in the event of disruptions in agricultural supplies.
