В статье рассмотрены основы новой методики физической подготовки курсантов и слушателей образовательных организаций МВД России. В качестве базового вида спорта выбран наиболее доступный и простой из них - легкая атлетика. Авторами отмечен резкий спад активности молодежи, снижение интереса к занятиям спортом после поступления в высшие учебные заведения. Представлены проблемы физической подготовки курсантов и слушателей, проведен сравнительный анализ физической подготовки обучающихся образовательных организаций МВД России и гражданских вузов. Сформулированы предложения по развитию молодежного спорта и вовлечения молодежи в пропаганду здорового образа жизни, а также по совершенствованию процесса физической подготовки в образовательных организациях МВД России.

The article discusses the basics of a new method of physical training for cadets and students of educational organizations of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia. The most accessible and simplest of them - athletics - was chosen as the basic sport. The authors noted a sharp decline in the activity of young people and a decrease in interest in sports after entering higher education institutions. The problems of physical training of cadets and students are presented, a comparative analysis of the physical training of students of educational organizations of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia and civilian universities is carried out. Proposals have been formulated for the development of youth sports and the involvement of young people in the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, as well as for improving the process of physical training in educational organizations of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia.
