The legal regulation of social relations in the several past decades can be characterized by extreme instability. In many ways, this state of affairs is provoked by the acceleration of time and space, the increasingly intense concentration of events. The intensity, quantity, progression, content, goals, and many other parameters of these events often show quite consistent and deliberate nature, therefore they become instrumental in changing the existing reality in a strictly specified manner. What sparks interest is the fact that historically the process of deconstruction of the previously formed and successfully functioning fields of legal regulation is confirmed by numerous examples. In the past century, this phenomenon has received an appropriate explanation within the framework of philosophical knowledge. The idea of deconstruction as a reversal and reconstruction in the field of grammar and writing systems became popular at the outset of postmodernism and multiculturalism aimed at the transformation of modern reality through the rejection of former values. However, the fact of deconstruction, or rather, only its first stage - reversal - does not yet indicates the completion of the intended. The second stage - reconstruction - is equivalently important. The only question is to determine the moment of its beginning, the intensity of implementation, and the prospects for completion. An analysis of the events (including those of artificial origin) of the last few years from the standpoint of the beginning of deconstruction allows us to formulate some ideas regarding the future model of social organization.
