The value and integration practice of traditional Chinese family culture in the team education of law enforcement agencies

Abstract:
As a pivotal pillar of Chinese civilization, traditional Chinese family culture embodies profound and abundant connotations. In the context of the new era, how to creatively transform this profound cultural resource into an effective carrier for the team education of law enforcement agencies has emerged as a crucial issue in advancing the modernization of law enforcement team construction. Based on a comprehensive methodology combining literature research,field investigation and case study, this paper delves into the ideological implications of fine traditional Chinese family culture and probes into practical paths for its integration with the educational work of law enforcement agencies. The study concludes that traditional Chinese family culture is of great theoretical value and practical significance in consolidating the ideological foundation of law enforcement contingents and cultivating law enforcement teams that are loyal and incorruptible, strict in law enforcement and united in cooperation.
