Abstract (English):
existing mechanisms for protecting minors from age-restricted information are fictitious and outdated. Thus, minors have unhindered access to pornography sites, despite the legal ban on pornography in Russia. This poses a serious threat to the moral development of adolescents. The article analyzes existing mechanisms for restricting access to information “for adults” in foreign countries. The author has formulated proposals to prevent minors from accessing pornographic content on the Internet.
