COMMUNICATIVE COMPONENTS OF TEACHING RUSSIAN IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF RUSSIA
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
Introduction. At the present time, the problem of practice-oriented education is actively discussed in the modern concept of education, which is particularly relevant against the background of the introduction of a competence-based approach to the formation of training programs for specialists with higher education. Modern higher professional education in Russia is undergoing a stage of profound reforms caused not only by the sharpened political situation in the world, but also by the social requirement formulated by society to prepare a graduate of a higher school in such a way that, upon graduation, he could quickly engage in real work processes, using the competencies formed in the learning process. Methods. During the research, the authors of the article used methods of description, analysis, and interpretation. Results. The authors conclude that employees of the internal affairs bodies in the framework of professional official activities are in urgent need of communication skills based on the competencies formed during the training period. When studying the Russian language in the higher school program of a departmental university, relying solely on a grammatical approach based on studying the rules and consolidating them in practice is insufficient, since it does not form the necessary level of communicative competencies. In such a situation, when teaching Russian, a communicative approach should be used, including the use of problem-based situational learning techniques based on the analysis of communicative practices of the future profession. A promising method of situational learning is the case-study method, the use of which allows the teacher to involve both intralinguistic and extralinguistic issues of professional communication of an employee of the internal affairs bodies when working with students
