Rules for the design of articles

1. Technical requirements for the article.

Length of the article: 40-45 thousand characters of the typewritten text (standard country - 1800 characters with spaces, taking into account all elements of the article).

The MS Word text editor uses the Times New Roman font (pin - 14, line spacing - 1.5 cm, paragraph indentation - 1.25, margin left - 2.5 cm, right - 1.5, top and bottom - 2.0 cm). If additional fonts were used for typing, the author should provide them in writing. The text is aligned by width, the pages are numbered (except the first) at the bottom right. Do not use manual hyphens or additional spaces. In the Russian text quotes of «Christmas tree» are used, while selections within the quotation and in the text in foreign languages - "paws".

Illustrations (black and white drawings, tables, graphs, charts, etc.) are provided separately (separate files are fragmented). Recommended width of drawing not more than 14 cm, height - not more than 18 cm. The recommended format is.jpg. Scanned materials must have a resolution of at least 300 pixels/inch. It is not allowed to submit them using Microsoft Office service programs imported into Word.

Requirements for the author’s photo:

- photo format (jpg, png, pdf);

- the photo should be colored and clear when increasing to 100%;

- the size of the photo file should be at least 100 KB;

- resolution - at least 300 dpi;

- Size - at least 400 by 500 pixels (pixels);

- the solid background of the photo is preferred.

2. Structure and content of the article.

Subject of the article:

- OFC code (Universal Decimal Classification) according to the classification in the OFC Handbook;

- the entry of the journal to which the article belongs. The list of entries is indicated on the site of the magazine in the section «Categories»;

- correspondence of the subject of the article of the scientific specialty of the nomenclature, approved by the order of the Ministry of Science of Russia dated February 24, 2021   118 (https://vak.minobrnauki.gov.ru/) - only for Russian authors.

The title of the article (no more than 75 characters, 10-12 words) in Russian and English.

The title should be informative, concise, correspond to the scientific style of the text, contain the main keywords characterizing the topic (subject) of the study and the content of the work. The title should be easily read by readers and search engines. When translating the title of the article into English, it is inadmissible to use transliteration from Russian into Latin, except for the untranslatable names of proper names, devices and other objects; nor does it use jargon known only to Russian spetsialists. Abbreviations and formulas should be missing in the title. Recommended to avoid in the title clichés «To the problem (question) ...» «About some problems (questions)...» , «Actual problems ...».

Information about the author(s) in Russian and English:

- Name, patronymic (if any), surname of author(s), academic degree, academic title.

– Affiliation (the author’s main job). The place of work and the position of each author is indicated: the name of the organization and the address of the location with the postal code. The name of the organization should coincide with the official name in the Constitution of the organization.

– Contact information: e-mail address, mobile phone number. E-mail address is indicated in the journal when publishing an article. The mobile phone number is specified only for communication with the editor and is removed from the article before publication.

- Open Researcher and Contributor ID (ORCID). If you do not have an ORCID identifier, you must register on the https://orcid.org/.

The Russian author must be registered in the Russian Scientific Citation Index (RISC) in the status of author, have his own personal profile and SPIN-code. Registration instructions https://elibrary.ru/projects/science_index/authorial.asp.

Authors themselves decided on the order of authors' names by mutual agreement, more often depending on their contribution to the work done. In articles of a humanitarian profile, as well as minor experts do not recommend to specify more than 2 authors. Scholars and practitioners who have assisted in the preparation and conduct of the study described in the article should be indicated in the final part of the article (section «Gratitude»).

For the English-language version of information about the authors it is important to follow the option of writing in the following sequence: full name, initial patronymic, fa-mile (Anna V. Ivanova). Specifying the initials of the patronymic is especially important when creating author profiles in international scientific databases, this allows for the accurate identification of the author and avoids errors when attaching articles to existing profiles.

Absract to the article (150-250 words, in Russian and English).

Absract should be built on the structure of IMRAD and contain sections:

- introduction, including relevance of the research topic, presentation of problems;

- research methods;

- results that include key findings.

The sections are marked in the annotation with appropriate words: «introduction», «methods», «results».

Abstract is a source of information independent from the article, a brief description of the work. It reflected what was new in that article, as compared to other related topics and purposes. Includes: research topic, problem setting, research objectives and methods, results and key findings.

Abstract should clearly state the main idea of the article (it should contain the characteristic of the main topic of the study, the problem of the object, the purpose of the work and its results, reveal the relevance, the degree of development, the theoretical, methodological and practical significance of the topic).

When writing an abstract, you must follow the following requirements:

- do not repeat the text of the article itself, the information contained in its title;

- do not cite figures, tables, in-text footnotes, abbreviations, abbreviations, abbreviations, material not found in the article itself;

- describe the method or methodology of work if they are novel or of interest to the slave in question;

Present the results as accurately and informatively as possible; Outline the main theoretical and experimental results, actual data, relationships and patterns identified;

- to use syntactic constructions inherent in the language of scientific and technical documents, to avoid complex grammatical constructions, introductory words, general formulations.

Requirements for writing an English-language abstract to the article:

- should not be a verbatim translation of the Russian-language annotation;

- informativeness of the absract (without superfluous, not carrying a semantic load of words);

- the content of the annotation (promotes the disclosure of the content of the work, indicates its significance, uniqueness, emphasizes the analysis of foreign authors' research);

- structuring (problem setting, solutions, results and conclusions).

Keywords (5-7 words, but not more than 10).

Words or strong word combinations (consisting of not more than three words) can be used and will be used to search for the article. Should reflect the main content of the material. Abbreviations and formulas should not be used as keywords.

Article structure

The editorial board recommends to follow the structure of the article IMRAD (Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion) or to use 3 private structure (Input, Description of research (methods, materials, results), Conclusion). Sections are indicated in the text of the article by appropriate words: «introduction», «methods», «results», «discussion», «conclusion».

The «Introduction» section includes the relevance and justification of the novelty of the topic of investigation, review of the literature on the topic, problem formulation, formulation of the purpose and objectives of the study.

The section «Methods» contains a description of the methods and methods by which the study was carried out; description of the schemes of observations / experiments, ma-therials, instruments, equipment; samples and conditions of observation / experiments.

The «Results» section is the core of the scientific article and includes the actual research results (text, tables, graphs, diagrams, photographs, drawings).

The «Discussion» section includes interpretation of the obtained results (co-response of the obtained results to the research hypothesis), limitation of research and generalization of its results.

The section «Conclusion» includes the summary results of the study without repeating the formulations given in the sections of the article; proposals for the direction of future research.

Figures and tables

Drawings should be good and attached to the article separate files. A maximum of 8 figures and tables are allowed.
